After living in the mountains of Montana and along the shores of Lake Michigan, Brandon relocated to Maine for its ideal blend of mountains and water. His design experience includes numerous residential projects throughout the country, including modern mountain ski homes as well as sustainably designed high-performance residences. Brandon is passionate about the unique challenges and opportunities that come with each new project, and he is committed to designing spaces that are thoughtful, beautiful and sustainable.
Brandon holds a Bachelor’s of Architecture from Syracuse University and is a certified LEED Green Associate. An outdoor enthusiast, he and his partner take advantage of Maine in all seasons. From hiking and camping to skiing and snowshoeing, they are often outdoors with their two dogs in tow. When not adventuring, they tackle house renovations or yard projects.

KG culture, mission + values
Brandon immediately recognized KG is a family-like-community. After working solely at small firms, he was nervous about joining such a large company—following just a matter of weeks, Brandon realized he was able to fit in, make friends, and express himself, as if having worked at Knickerbocker for years.
Life in Maine
The mix of beautiful beaches, dense forests, and mountain access is an absolute Maine attraction. Some favorite places to spend time in Maine are Higgins Beach, Oxbow Beer Garden (mainly for the cross-country trails!), along with Portland’s various thrift shops, the Eastern Trail, The Portland Museum of Art. As food lovers, Portland’s food scene is nationally renowned, too.
