Holding a bachelor’s in construction management technology from the University of Maine, Dan’s role as pre-construction project manager typically starts early in the design phase to assist with permit procurement, estimating, contract management, and project scheduling. Dan gathers and relays information to the client and project team to help align the project scope with the client’s budget and timeline. Additionally, Dan manages many active projects. He appreciates being a part of the team that brings to life a client’s dream, bringing with him a positive attitude to produce top-quality results on the most demanding of tasks.
Dan has years of construction experience, ranging from high-end residential renovations and custom cabinetry to large infrastructure construction projects up and down the east coast.
A fourth-generation Mainer, he enjoys downhill and cross-country skiing, ice fishing, cycling, and vegetable gardening. He and his partner currently live in South Portland with their dog, although he is currently on the hunt for his next project house.
KG culture, mission + values

Life in Maine
Maine provides Dan the opportunity to live off the beaten path. Living near family where he grew up and where it feels like home. Outdoor recreation paired with food and drink: Sunny spring afternoons at Sugarloaf. Winter days XC skiing at Oxbow beer garden in Oxford. Bicycling around greater Portland with a stop at one of the many restaurants or breweries.
