Debra’s background in marketing and real estate, along with her studies in design at Maine College of Art, provides the perfect blend of understanding and knowledge of the building process and its logistics. Raised in a construction family, Debra has had a lifelong appreciation for fine design and architecture. She has also been influenced by the history of architectural details experienced in her travels throughout the country and abroad. After several moves to and from states—with the accompanying house renovations along the way—Debra returned to her New England roots in 2000 to call Portland, “home.”
As a Project Facilitator, Debra assists with the initial pre-construction meetings between our team and clients and/or outside architects. Wearing many hats, Debra skillfully acts as a connector between our design and construction teams, always maintaining a pulse on current projects, resources and our pipeline. Additionally, Debra is a licensed Realtor® and frequently assists clients with due diligence, land use development and market trends. Always looking for a new project and inspiration, Debra feeds her creative edge with photography, staging spaces, and giving life to old furniture and finds. She and her husband enjoy the active lifestyle offered in greater Portland and coastal Maine.
