In her role as Business Operations Project Manager, Katryn supports Knickerbocker Group’s core service areas: architecture, interiors, landscape architecture, and construction. In collaboration with department practice leaders, managers, and team members in design and construction, Katryn facilitates internal project management, strategic alignment and implementation support for key organizational projects and initiatives. A civil engineer by trade with extensive experience in project management of large complex projects, in both the residential and commercial sectors, her more recent work experience was heavily focused on total company operations, managing growth, and helping to implement platforms and people to sustain growth. Katryn grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and studied at the University of Maine where she received her B.S. in Civil Engineering and later obtained her MBA in Business Administration from USM. She now resides in Edgecomb with her partner and her dog. Katryn loves mountain biking, skiing, surfing, and anything that connects her to the beautiful communities throughout Maine.
