A pull to live closer to the ocean encouraged Tate and his family to relocate to Maine from Wisconsin in 2019. Having begun his career in education, Tate also worked in property maintenance and real estate—all of which led him to appreciate the importance of providing exceptional customer service. Working as a Property Caretaker, Tate is an attentive listener to clients’ needs and takes thoughtful, thorough action. Noticing the smallest details, he prides himself on anticipating the essentials, solving challenges, and maintaining relationships with an array of trusted local vendors.
Tate lives in Nobleboro with his wife Claire and their two children, Owen and Lucia. They feel fortunate to call Maine home and enjoy looking out their windows and seeing the Great Salt Bay every day. Tate values his time with family and can often be found playing with his children and hiking with his wife.
