Collaborative Projects

Working with our greater community.

Building partnerships for success

We use a collaborative approach in managing all our projects, whether working with in-house professionals or with a client’s pre-selected team. We value relationships, both in state and out of state, and welcome opportunities to work with new partners.

Early engagement with a client’s team allows us to share in the successes of good communication and project synergy. We work with a client’s architect, interior designer, or other industry peers to develop the most realistic approaches and schedules, unique to your needs.

Historic West End

Unearthing an older home requires the flexibility to adapt as years of wear are peeled back and unexpected discoveries emerge. This was certainly the case with a West End renovation, where a 1938 John Calvin Stevens-designed home was reimagined for a busy young family. The vision of interior designer Sarah Ettelman, in collaboration with the architectural and construction expertise of Knickerbocker Group, guided the transformation.
